Flexterity is a physiotherapy tool and should only be used under the guidance of a physiotherapist.Created and funded by Novartis.Flexterity has been designed to help parents and caregivers of children with neuromuscular disorders.
Your child’s specialist physiotherapist can create a tailored programme of exercises to suit the age and physical ability of your child and adapt these to their progress.
The exercises are demonstrated in short videos accompanied by easy to follow instructions which you and your child can follow.
